The programme encompasses all facets of a traditional MBA programme with a unique approach. It comprises:

A. The foundational pillars crucial to any business:
     1. Business as customer – Marketing Management.
     2. Business is execution – Operations and Supply Chain Management.
     3. Business is People – OB, HRM and OD.
     4. Business is Money – Finance, Cost management, Taxation and Trusts.
 
B. Once these pillars are fortified, individuals gain the flexibility to shape the scale of their enterprise or to start a new business:
     5. Business is choice – General Management; Strategy.
 
C. Acknowledging the external influences on business operations:
     6. Business Dependencies – PESTLE, Globalisation and Digital Transformation in business.
 
D. Beyond knowledge, proficiency in key business skills is essential:

It emphasizes the importance of asking pertinent questions and engaging in discussions with them to explore the relevance of concepts learned in the programme to real-world business scenarios and the context of the family business.
 
Upon completion, participants culminate their learning journey by crafting a comprehensive three-year business plan. This plan encompasses not only the business strategy but also integrates a family plan and role plan tailored to each participant's unique circumstances and aspirations in the existing or new business.
