  • Postdoctoral Researcher in EDI Caucus (funded by UKRI and the British Academy), Heriot-Watt University (UK) and Assistant Professor in Management & Organisations at Ahmedabad University, India.
  • Pursued Global Faculty Development Program from the Wharton School in 2020.
  • Nine years of experience in academia, including research, teaching, administration and consulting (private, public and third sector). Program Chair (2017-2023) for the Bachelor of Business Administration program. Instructed courses at BBA, MBA, MDP and Executive MBA levels.
  • LinkedIn Top Artificial Intelligence Voice 2024, Boardroom Apprentice with Public Health Scotland, Visiting Academic for Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility 2023, Fetzer MSR Scholar 2022, AIMS International Outstanding Young Management Teacher Award 2020.
  • Recipient of 2020 Ideas Worth Teaching Award by Aspen Institute Business and Society Program (USA), Best IB Teaching-related Panel Award by Teaching and Education Shared Interest Group of AIB 2019 (Copenhagen).
