  • Worked as professional in International Logistics, Taught on BSC, MSc, Executive MBA programmes as well as PhD programmes in the UK, Ireland and Turkish Universities.
  • Erasmus Coordinator, Quality committee member, Doctoral College board member, Ethical committee member, School Research and Knowledge Exchange Board Member.
  • Associate Member of Socioeconomic Marine Research Unit, University of Galway, Ireland. Member of Shipping and Trade Alliance for Research, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. Member of Advanced Engineering Centre, University of Brighton. Member of International Association of Maritime Economists.
  • Author of more than 30 publications including journal articles, book chapters, technical reports, and conference proceedings. Has research expertise on maritime digitalisation, autonomous shipping and maritime decarbonisation.
