  • Trainer, consultant, and multidisciplinary researcher having experience in the UK and internationally with organisations in various sectors - IT, Renewable Energy, Health & Social Care, and Education. Expertise in HRM, Organisational Change Management, Organisational Ambidexterity, team building, and performance. It is specifically, tailoring effective management practices to drive performance improvement across diverse organizational settings.

  • University of Kent, IBIS Consultancy, Aston University, NIBM (National Institute of Bank Management.
  • Module leader for MSc Healthcare Management, MSc Project Management, MSc Human Resource Management & BSc Business & Management. Advanced Management Programme for Executives.
