SP Jain London School of Management (SPJ London) has made history as the first Indian-origin business school to be granted degree-awarding powers by the Office for Students (OfS), UK, the independent regulator of higher education in England. Nitish Jain, President of the SP Jain Group, highlighted the institution's achievement in an interview with Financial Express, a leading Indian business news publication.
"It not only validates our commitment to providing exceptional education but also positions us as a frontrunner in the global higher education landscape,” said Mr Jain.
Speaking about why students should choose SPJ London, Mr Jain shared, “SPJ London stands out due to several compelling reasons, mainly the global perspective and exposure it offers to students. In addition to the advantage of studying in London, one of the world’s greatest cities, SPJ London will provide students with the opportunity to travel to other leading cities such as Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, and Mumbai (to campuses of its exchange partner SP Jain School of Global Management (SP Jain Global)). This global immersion provides unparalleled networking opportunities, internships and real-world experiences. Imagine having lived, studied, and worked in the world’s top cities even before you graduate! This leads to students becoming more attractive to employers as most companies have global teams and require managers and leaders who can make strategic decisions about leveraging global opportunities.”
Mr Jain also emphasised that while foreign universities are venturing into India, with Deakin and Wollongong from Australia establishing campuses in GIFT City, Gujarat, the SP Jain Group is successfully expanding its influence globally.
