SP Jain London School of Management has become the first Indian-origin business school to be granted the right to award UK degrees. The London campus, which will open in the business district Canary Wharf to students in October 2023, will offer Undergraduate, Masters and MBA programmes. This development was covered in an exclusive article on Forbes.
The article also talks about how the London campus will become an additional option for students to study a term at, along with the other global campuses of SPJ London’s sister school, SP Jain School of Global Management (SP Jain Global), as part of the Australian Global MBA degree. “Alternatively, they can transfer to become a UK student in term 2, and receive a UK degree instead,” shares Nitish Jain, President of the SP Jain Group.
The article further highlights the significance of this development for Indian education and its global recognition. It also discusses the potential benefits for Indian universities in attracting international students and expanding revenue streams through setting up campuses abroad.
